Over the past year, RPS gathered input from students, families, staff, and community members to shape the priorities of the 2030 Strategic Plan. A final draft of the plan will go to the School Board in October.
The plan is organized around four priority areas: Strong Academics, Student Navigation, Supportive Communities, and Systems for Improvement. Each area includes specific projects that guide our work over the next four years.
We are asking for your input on these proposed priorities. A feedback form is open now, and for each area you can share what positives you see, what concerns you, suggestions you have, and questions you want answered. You don't need to respond to every area. Focus on where you have something to add.
